The Safe Word

Every couple needs a safe word
only to be used to say Stop!
Because things have become too intense
or too painful potential or otherwise

Our safe word agreed upon
by us both was Love!
I suppose she was tough or
strong or able to take it all

Because in all of our times together
she never once said the word Love!
